3. NO GUARANTEE OF REPRESENTATION OR EMPLOYMENT

Submission through this Website does not guarantee:

  • Success within the modeling, acting, or entertainment industries

All opportunities are subject to availability, client needs, market conditions, and other factors beyond the Company's control.

4. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

By submitting your information through the Website, you consent to receive communications from the Company by email, telephone, and text message regarding your account, appointments, submissions, opportunities, events, promotions, and other service-related communications.

Unless otherwise required by law, arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR MEMBER OF ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

If any portion of this arbitration provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

13. SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These messages may include appointment reminders, representation opportunities, account updates, submissions, event notifications, promotions, marketing communications, and other service-related information.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
